In our generation right now, are caregivers still important? In this society wherein everything is advanced, are caregivers still needed even though there are advanced machines that can cure people? In my opinion, the answer is YES. ;) The importance of care giving is that we can give a good and quality caring. Good and quality caring doesn't necessarily mean that you know everything about caring a person but a care that comes from the heart of the care giver. Giving care to your patient does not only make him/her feel better but also feel that someone cares or is concern for him/her. So, in conclusion, care giving is so vital or important.to the patient.
AmaCaregiver and I ♥ it. =)) Out. ;D

When will you apply the bandage? If you are the Home Nurse ☺
1. What is the importance of bandage?
- The importance of a bandage is to hold or secure the dressing, to stop blood loss (due to the dressing or gauze) and to prevent further injury.
2. Usually doctors will ask the mnemonic "OPPQRST", when will they add the mnemonic "LMN"?
- If the patient experiences or is undergoing chest pains.
3. Where can you get Herpes Zoster or chicken pox?
- It can spread easily through coughing or sneezing if an infected person or through direct contact with secretions from the rash.
4. Why is bandaging necessary?
- Bandaging is necessary to cover the wound so that it will not be exposed to dirt or anything that might complicate it. Or if you have an injury, for example a sprain, you will need an elastic bandage so that the injured part will not be that exposed to any further harm.
5. How can you differentiate signs and symptoms?
- Signs are what the doctor sees while symptoms are what the patient feels or experiences.
